About

Oxford is where it all started.

Waleed was 19 when he saw it at TED: someone with real passion shares a vision on stage, and someone in the audience rises to back them. He started a local chapter at Oxford Brookes, went full-time the day he graduated, and never looked back.

Why

Ideas worth doing.

Not ideas worth having. Those are everywhere.

The idea that matters is the one that gets out of the notebook and in front of the person who can act on it. Carrying it that far is all we do.

How

Ten years of work. Fifteen minutes.

Everything a person has learned in a decade, said once and said properly. Months to shape it. A day to film it, at Oxford or Harvard. Then the part that decides everything: who is watching when it plays.

What

Watch it. Host it. Build it. Hear it. Make it.

Behind the ideas.

And the crews, curators and editors, from Oxford to Mexico City, who make the ideas happen.

Ambassadors.

The people who send us people.
