The standard

  • Cameras. Two or more, 4K, on a clean and consistent look.
  • Sound. A lavalier on every orator, with a backup recording.
  • Light. Three-point lighting on the orator. No harsh shadows.
  • Stage. A clean backdrop, the city lockup visible, no podium, a confidence monitor.
  • Time. Talks run ten to twelve minutes. Hard cut at twelve.
  • Delivery. Within four weeks: a 4K master and a 1080p H.264, with the orator's signed release.
  • Insurance. The venue contract covers your guests and the kit on site.

Your brand
